1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nano.Auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By using Nano.Auction, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, passwords, wallets, authentication credentials, and devices.
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
4. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By posting content on Nano.Auction, users grant Nano.Auction a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, and store such content for operation of the platform.
Users represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights to submitted content.
5. Listings and Auctions
Users are solely responsible for:
- Creating listings
- Managing auctions
- Pricing decisions
- Product descriptions
- Communications
- Delivery arrangements
- Contract fulfillment
Nano.Auction does not guarantee the completion of any transaction.
6. Transactions
All transactions occur directly between users.
Nano.Auction does not guarantee:
- Payment
- Delivery
- Product quality
- Authenticity
- Performance
- User identity
Any dispute arising from a transaction remains solely between the parties involved.
7. Fees
Nano.Auction reserves the right to introduce, modify, remove, or adjust fees at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised fee structure.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, logos, designs, databases, source code, text, graphics, and related materials remain the property of Nano.Auction or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit platform materials without permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Use false identities.
- Misrepresent products or services.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload malicious software.
- Conduct fraudulent activities.
- Manipulate auctions or markets.
- Circumvent platform restrictions.
10. Suspension and Termination
Nano.Auction may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.
No liability shall arise from such actions.
11. Content Removal
Nano.Auction may remove, edit, restrict, or refuse any content, listing, auction, image, profile, or communication at its sole discretion.
12. Compliance Requests
Nano.Auction may request identity verification, ownership documentation, proof of authority, source-of-funds information, or other information where deemed necessary.
Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination.
13. Electronic Communications
Users consent to receive communications electronically, including notices, updates, policies, legal disclosures, and platform announcements.
14. Service Changes
Nano.Auction may modify features, functionality, availability, access methods, technical requirements, or business models at any time without liability.
15. Force Majeure
Nano.Auction shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Internet outages
- Cyberattacks
- Government actions
- Wars
- Civil unrest
- Infrastructure failures
16. Assignment
Nano.Auction may assign, transfer, sell, or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations under these terms without user consent.
17. Survival
Any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as determined by the operator of Nano.Auction.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to Nano.Auction shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Amendments
Nano.Auction may amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
