3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • Ownership of listed assets.
  • Authenticity of products.
  • Legality of products.
  • Accuracy of descriptions.
  • Ability of parties to complete transactions.

Users participate entirely at their own risk.

5. No Warranty

The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

Nano.Auction makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • Security.
  • Accuracy.

6. Cryptocurrency Risk

Users acknowledge that cryptocurrencies and digital assets involve substantial risks, including but not limited to:

  • Liquidity risks.
  • Blockchain failures.
  • Smart contract failures.
  • Network congestion.
  • Wallet compromise.
  • Permanent loss of assets.

All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

Nano.Auction accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from cryptocurrency use.

7. Third-Party Services

Nano.Auction may reference or integrate third-party services, wallets, blockchains, APIs, payment systems, hosting providers, analytics providers, or communication services.

Nano.Auction is not responsible for the performance, security, legality, or availability of any third-party service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nano.Auction, its operator, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Users remain solely responsible for their wallets, private keys, credentials, and assets.

12. Service Availability

Nano.Auction may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of the platform at any time without notice or liability.

13. Jurisdiction

Users are responsible for determining whether access to and use of Nano.Auction is lawful within their jurisdiction.

Access from jurisdictions where use is prohibited is not authorized.

14. Severability

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Nano.Auction regarding use of the platform.
